THE SECTOR OF ICT – THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF THE NON-OIL SECTOR OF AZERBAIJAN

Summary

There is researched the sector of the information and communication technologies (ICT) of Azerbaijan seeking to pass to an innovative way of development in the article. There is noted considerable innovative and production capacity of the sector of ICT of the country. There is considered strategy, the numerous state programs, the adopted laws and other normative legal acts, which were realized and are realized in this sector. There are offered the mechanisms of ensuring sustainable development, the priority directions of development of ICT of the republic.
